Established in 1964
Our Kung Fu Martial Art, "Suh Do Kwan", has a long and interesting lineage. Its roots stem from Kang Duk Kwon (Korea), Shudokan (Japan), and Ch'uan Fa (China). We also teach Yang-style Tai Chi for health and healing.

We believe that when you train your mind, body, and spirit combined, you align yourself with your core being. This brings about a richer sense of peace, clarity, and purpose.
